Terms of service
The terms for using this website and buying from Gidicars Ltd.
These terms apply when you use the Gidicars Ltd website. Gidicars Ltd (RC 1110693) is a car dealership with a showroom in Lekki, Lagos, Nigeria. By using this website you agree to these terms.
Cars, prices and availability
Gidicars Ltd shows cars, photos, details and prices on this website in good faith and keeps them as up to date as it can. Prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦). Cars are subject to availability and may be sold before the website is updated.
Enquiries, bookings and test drives
A form, a WhatsApp message or a call is a request. A test drive or inspection is booked only when Gidicars Ltd confirms the day and time with you. Test drives and inspections are free of charge.
Buying a car
A sale is agreed only when you and Gidicars Ltd have agreed the terms, in person or in writing. Gidicars Ltd gives a company receipt for payments made to it. Customs documents are handed over and explained at the showroom.
Trade-ins and payment plans
Gidicars Ltd does not quote a value for a trade-in until the car has been reviewed and inspected. Payment plans are available on request, and their terms are agreed individually with Gidicars Ltd.
After the sale
The mid-year check-in by the Gidicars mechanic is a courtesy. It is not a warranty and it does not cover repair costs.
Offers and rewards
Offers and referral rewards are announced by Gidicars Ltd, can change, and are subject to their own conditions.
Website content
The text, photos and videos on this website belong to Gidicars Ltd or are used with permission. Please do not copy them without written permission.
